Huerta y Fuegos is a space designed for our guests to enjoy the hotel gardens with local produce from the orchard and a simple gourmet proposal.
We start with an Apetizer made with fresh seasonal products, preparing the palate to go on to taste our incredible and unique Patagonian Lamb to the stake, accompanied by stuffed potatoes, vegetables baked in a clay oven, and for dessert caramelized seasonal fruits on a disk of plow.
